1. Acceptance

By accessing AgoraIQ ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. AgoraIQ is operated by ChatLogic Insights LTD.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. AgoraIQ is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and is not available to persons located in the United Kingdom. By creating an account you represent that you are not a UK national, resident, or accessing from within the UK.

3. Service Description

AgoraIQ provides informational signal tracking analytics. It does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trade execution. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: reverse engineer the Service, scrape data, redistribute content without permission, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and design are owned by ChatLogic Insights LTD. Signal data from providers remains the property of their respective providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

AgoraIQ is provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties. In no event shall ChatLogic Insights LTD be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are identified as belonging to UK persons.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
