1. Data Controller

ChatLogic Insights LTD is the data controller for personal data processed through AgoraIQ.

2. Data We Collect

Email address and password hash (for authentication), subscription and billing data (processed by Stripe), usage logs (page views, feature usage), and optionally Telegram or Discord identifiers if you link those services.

3. How We Use Data

To provide and improve the Service, process payments, send service notifications, and detect abuse. We do not sell personal data.

4. Third Parties

We share data with: Stripe (payments), Google Analytics (anonymized usage), and Telegram/Discord (if you link accounts). All processors are GDPR-compliant.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. After deletion, data is purged within 30 days except where legal retention is required.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing legal@agoraiq.net.

7. UK Persons

AgoraIQ is not directed at UK persons. ChatLogic Insights LTD will delete any data collected from UK persons upon identification.
